We had a terrible experience at Pol Bar Restaurant. We have been coming here for three years, but after what happened today, we will never return.
We wanted to enjoy a quiet breakfast with our family, but that turned out to be impossible. There was another group of young people, shouting so loudly that we couldn’t even hear each other. We politely asked them to lower their voices just a little, but instead of respecting our request, they started insulting us in the most vulgar way.
A minute later, things got even worse—they threw sugar at us, covering our hair and necks. We were shocked and made it clear that we didn’t want to stay in such a disrespectful environment.
What made the situation even more unacceptable was that the staff did nothing to stop them. The waitress serving them was actually part of their friend group, and instead of stepping in, she cheered them on, saying we deserved it—which was completely unfair and untrue.
At that point, we had no choice but to leave. This restaurant clearly does not care about its guests or basic respect. We would never recommend it to anyone.

Very good place, the food is delicious.
We asked a couple of people at another table to be a little quieter because we couldn’t place our order with the waiter due to the noise. After that request, they started cursing at us for about ten minutes and even threw sugar at us.
For those unfamiliar with the place, there are three levels. We asked if we could sit on a different level, but unfortunately, there was no available space, so we decided to leave. Of course, no action was taken against the people who were cursing at us, as one of the waiters was their friend.
We used to come here for breakfast about four times a month with friends, but after this experience, we’ll probably never return.

Vikram my brother, thank you for being patient with us as we took what felt like 2 hour to order some food. Portion size is respectful to my poverty and the lack of money in my bank account. I left feeling fed and love. For real the staff are vibes.

I had lunch in this place today and I’m happy to say that everything was amazing. The place is so warm and cosy and the staff was so nice and careful, in particular Michela was really polite and friendly with us!!
The food is great, the royal benedict was a delightful experience for my taste buds, as well as my friend’s fried cajun chicken (perfectly cooked and served with a lot of fries!!). I’ll definitely go back (very soon)!
